Shipping policy
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We aim to have all orders shipped the same business day if placed before 11AM (MST). Orders placed Friday after 11AM MST will be shipped the next business day (Monday).
If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact us within 30 days after your order was placed.
TRACK YOUR PACKAGE
Once your order has been packaged and labeled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The email provided includes all of the information needed in order to track your package. You will then be able to locate your package after it has left our facility. If you are having difficulties tracking your package, feel free to contact us.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please contact your local post office if your package is lost or stolen. We will help coordinate with the carrier if they are unable to find the package. Contact us after you check with your local post office.
We will supply order and tracking information for customer to provide to the US Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for package shown as delivered. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense.
